I recently asked author Lily Sawyer the now infamous Rick Reed questions. Here's what she had to say:
1- You’re marooned on a small island with one person and one item of your choice—who is that person and what item do you have?
I think I'd like to take Scott Mcgillivray from HGTV's Income Property, he is a hottie and can build us a shelter. I'd take insect repellant/suntan lotion (we could find uses for the suntan lotion besides the obvious.)

2- Which musical would you say best exemplifies your life – and which character in that musical are you? My fave is Fiddler on the Roof, I guess being Jewish a bit of that story is a part of my life. I guess I identify with the long suffering Tevye.
3-3Take these three words and give me a 100 word or less scenario using them: formulator, tearless, neaten
Rob looked over his desk, he just loved to keep his desk clean. He neatened his desk for the hundreth time. He was working on his comic book character called the formulator, he took on the worlds problems by formulating solutions. He looked over towards the kitchen at his partner, Tom and noticed his cheeks, normally tearless, were wet. He wasn't the type to cry. "What's wrong babe?" Rob reached up to wipe the tears away. "Huh? nothing, I'm just cutting onions." Rob kissed his handsome chef.
4- You’ve just been let loose in the world of fiction, with permission to do anyone you want. Who do you fuck first and why?
Probably Robin Hood, I'd love to see him and his merry men.
5- What is your idea of how to spend romantic time with your significant other?
A nice quiet dinner at home or perhaps at a place on the beach. We'd either start a fire in the fireplace and watch movies together while snuggling on the couch OR if the weather were nice we'd take a nice long walk on the boardwalk and watch the sunset and do some stargazing afterwards.
6-6When you start a new story, do you begin with a character, or a plot?
I begin with a character then try to plot out the story. setting, situations.
7- If they were to make the story of your life into a movie, who should play you?
I think Natalie Portman
8- Who’s your favorite horror villain and why?
I don't think you'd consider him horror but I love the Joker from The Dark Knight. I've never rooted for the villain before but I adore Heath Ledger and his performance was off the charts. One of his best. He was malicious and I enjoyed every sick minute.
9- Do you have an historical crush and if so, who is it?
Casanova, (again played by Heath Ledger) he can come through my window anytime he wants. I don't have a significant other at the moment so he wouldn't have to ever leave!
10- Is there a story that you’d like to tell but you think the world isn’t ready to receive it?
Well my latest was just released and I don't know if the world was ready but well ready or not here it comes
